A name or place entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not retain or log those search terms on our systems.

The published material explains how to reach Sanpete County Sheriff, Utah courts, the Bureau of Criminal Identification, and the Utah Sex, Kidnap, and Child Abuse Offender Registry. Visitor information is not assembled into a consumer report or a record about another person, and this site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Links may lead to sheriff pages, court portals, state agencies, legal resources, and outside search services. Once a visitor follows such a link, the destination's policy controls. Read it before supplying personal details.
Advertising providers may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and select ads. That processing does not occur on systems we control.
